- Product Condition
All devices are supplied as A+ grade and are fully tested before shipment. Verification (videos, IMEI checks, etc.) is provided prior to dispatch.
- Orders & Payment
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. Secure payment methods such as Alibaba Trade Assurance are recommended for buyer protection. - No Returns After Shipment
All products are verified and approved by the buyer before shipment. Returns are not accepted after dispatch unless otherwise agreed. - Quality Assurance
We ensure that all devices meet the agreed specifications before shipping. Buyers are encouraged to review all verification materials before confirming shipment. - Shipping Responsibility
Once the shipment is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines depend on the logistics provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. - Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in their country. - Limitation of Liability
Apex Grade Phones is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or resale of supplied products.
