All devices are thoroughly tested and verified before shipment.
Before dispatch, we provide:

IMEI/serial number verification

Functional testing
Buyers are required to review and approve all verification materials before shipment. - Warranty Coverage
We provide a limited DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty of 48 hours from the time of delivery.
This covers:
Devices that are not powering on
Major functional defects not shown in pre-shipment verification - Warranty Conditions
To qualify for warranty:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
The device must be in the same condition as delivered
No physical damage, tampering, or unauthorized repairs
Proof (video evidence) may be required for verification. - Returns Policy
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
The device does not match the agreed specifications
The device has a major defect not disclosed before shipment
